↗️ Icahn Enterprises (IEP): Carl Icahn finalized agreements that untie his loans from the trading price of his investment company’s shares. Icahn Enterprises’s stock rose 4.6% in premarket trading afterward. The deals stand to offer the billionaire breathing room from lenders.
↗️ Coty (COTY): The beauty company’s stock gained 2.6% in thin premarket trading after analysts at banks including JPMorgan Chase raised their price targets late last week. That came after Coty, which owns brands including CoverGirl, increased its fiscal-year guidance.
↘️ Tesla (TSLA): The electric-vehicle maker’s shares ticked down 0.7% premarket, putting the company on pace for its third consecutive session of losses. If the losses hold, that would mark its longest-losing streak since late April. The declines have come after Tesla joined 15 Chinese automakers in a pledge to end an EV price war.
