Golfer Sepp Straka wouldn’t be a three-time PGA Tour winner without the support of his wife Paige Dean Straka.
Whether it’s holding the trophy with Sepp after his first tour win or taking in the views at a Hawaii tournament, Paige cheers on Sepp all over the country. When she’s not on the road, Paige works in acquisitions — but the two love to visit new places.
“We love eating yummy food/exploring new restaurants, entertaining friends with dinner and games, spending time with each other’s families and traveling,” Paige told Colorbox Photography while discussing their 2021 engagement. “Sepp’s job takes him some pretty cool places, and I’m happy to tag along when I can!”
Paige and Sepp first met while in 2017 supporting their schools’ respective football teams. Four years later, the couple tied the knot in a romantic ceremony.
After attending the 2023 Ryder Cup gala together, Paige revealed that she and Sepp were about to become parents. In December 2023, the couple welcomed their son, Leo.

After getting her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting at Auburn University, Paige began her accounting career at Ernst & Young (EY) as a staff tax accountant, according to her LinkedIn. In 2018, she became a human resources assistant at Medical Properties Trust, a Birmingham, Ala.-based real estate trust focused on hospitals and healthcare.
In 2020, Paige joined Southern Veterinary Partners, which describes itself as “a veterinarian-owned and managed network of animal hospitals with the common mission of providing best-in-class personalized veterinary care with exceptional client experiences.” She began her career there as an acquisitions manager before becoming a senior acquisitions manager in 2022.

Sepp and Paige first met in 2017, when their college football teams — the Georgia Bulldogs and the Auburn Tigers, respectively — played each other during the final game of the season. The pair quickly developed a rapport that sparked a romantic relationship.
“We antagonized each other that entire first night — and the night after. Is it weird that I liked the banter back and forth? Honestly, I think that’s what sparked the connection — that and some encouragement from great friends,” Paige told Colorbox Photography. “Before we knew it, we were meeting each other’s families at Christmas!”
The couple’s rivalry has extended into their marriage. When their teams are playing, the two tend to cool it on the smack talk and even watch the game in separate rooms.
“We can’t watch the game together. I don’t think it would end very well, so that week is always a little more tense between us,” Sepp told Find the Fairway Live in 2022. “There’s some good smack talk throughout the year, but that week I feel like we kind of just walk around on eggshells a little more and try to be careful.”
Sepp and Paige got engaged in December 2020

After more than three years of dating, Sepp popped the question at a Birmingham, Ala. wine bar — much to Paige’s surprise.
“We had been on an amazing vacation in Mexico two weeks prior, and I had in the back of my mind that he might propose then. So when that didn’t happen, I think I really put down the antennae,” Paige told Colorbox Photography. “Regardless, he pulled it off without a hitch on such a normal Friday.”
At dinner, Sepp asked her to come look at a wine rack before getting down on one knee.
“[He said,] ‘This has been a long time coming, Paige. Will you marry me?’ ” Paige recalled. “I still get teary-eyed.”
Sepp had previously told her they had to eat dinner quickly due to a private party coming, but it turned out that party was for their friends and family to celebrate the occasion.
“The private party after dinner was for us … the entire [wine bar] staff was in on it, and we even have a super special video of the proposal,” Paige continued. “Our family and friends enjoyed a meal together and we got to bask in all the love and excitement.”

“What an amazing weekend!” Sepp wrote on Instagram. “Thank you to all of our family and friends that made this such a special weekend. We’re truly blessed to have y’all.”

Sepp and Paige welcomed their first son, Leo, in December 2023, according to the PGA Tour.
Though Leo has stayed out of the spotlight, Sepp did share a photo of his young son after securing his third PGA Tour win at the American Express golf tournament in a two-shot victory over Justin Thomas. Upon arriving home, he posted a photo of himself, Paige and Leo.
“Back home with Leo and Paige, feeling like a champion! Big thanks to @theamexgolf for an unforgettable event, and to my amazing family, team, and sponsors for their endless support. Couldn’t have done it without y’all,” Sepp wrote on Instagram.

Paige has been with Sepp for some of his biggest victories. In 2022, Sepp won his first PGA Tour tournament at the Honda Classic and took a picture with Paige afterward. He posted the picture on Instagram, acknowledging her in the caption as one of the special people in his life.
“Can’t describe the feelings of getting my first tour win. It was an incredible week and I couldn’t be happier to share it with all these special people,” he wrote. “Thank you @thehondaclassic for hosting such a great event. Couldn’t have done it without such an amazing team around me.”
In 2023, Sepp and Paige traveled to Hawaii so she could support him at The Sentry.
“Had an incredible stay with @exclusiveresorts in Maui last week for the @sentry_toc!” Sepp wrote on Instagram. “Next up, Hero cup.”
